We are looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.

Location: Al Khobar (First 6 Months) → Riyadh (Future Permanent Location)

Role

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

  
  

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

  
  

• Maintain HR records and documentation.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  
  

• Provide general HR support to employees and management.

  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  
  

• 3–5 years of HR experience.

  
  

• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

  
  

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
