Job Purpose:

Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, asses, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the Automotive industry contributing to the organization's talent acquisition goals and employer brand.

Job Accountabilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.

Implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and selection criteria.

Assist in Employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Preferably in automotive industry or manufacturing environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field ( Mandatory ).

Professional certifications in recruitment or HR (SHRM-CP) are a plus.
