We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our corporate team. the role includes designing learning programs, developing training content and delivering online and on-site training for corporate and restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify training needs and the skills required for different roles.

* Design curricula, learning journeys, and training programs.

* Develop assessments and certification programs to measure employee knowledge and skills.

* Prepare training materials, trainer guides, participant workbooks, and eLearning storyboards.

* Create practical job aids and training tools based on standard operating procedures.

* Update learning materials to reflect changes in business needs and operational standards.

* Deliver online and on-site courses, workshops, and training sessions.

* Provide field training and practical coaching for restaurant teams.

* Follow up on training results and identify areas for performance improvement.

* Ensure restaurant training covers operating procedures, quality requirements, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, Hospitality, or a related field.

* More than 3 years of relevant experience in learning and development.

* Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, training content, and eLearning.

* Knowledge of competency mapping, assessments, and certification programs.

* Strong training delivery, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using eLearning development tools and AI tools for learning.

* Previous experience in the food service or QSR sector is preferred with restaurant field training and coaching, with knowledge of restaurant operations and quality standards is preferred.

* Proficiency in multiple languages such as Arabic, English, Urdu, or other languages is preferred.
