About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of the Saudi market, social media trends, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate can develop content strategies, create effective marketing calendars, and turn creative ideas into engaging campaigns that connect with Saudi audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop social media and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and Saudi audience behavior.
- Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and marketing briefs.
- Identify relevant trends and translate them into content opportunities for our brands.
- Plan campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Research competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences within Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and target audience.
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver consistent and effective marketing content.
Requirments
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Strategy.
- Saudi nationality and strong knowledge of the Saudi market are required.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of Saudi trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior.
- Experience developing content strategies, monthly content calendars, and campaign briefs.
- Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant, engaging content ideas.
- Understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance optimization.
- Strong creative thinking, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with luxury, perfume, coffee, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
