About the Role
WTS Energy is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer for a full-time position based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for leading cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project performance monitoring activities for major offshore CRPO projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost control systems, budgets, and cost reports.
- Monitor project commitments, accruals, forecasts, and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide support for change management processes.
- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and ensure accurate project financial performance reporting.
- Coordinate effectively with project, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Candidates must have 5-10 years of proven experience in CRPO offshore projects.
- Strong exposure to offshore EPCIC, jacket, and fabrication-yard environments is essential.
- Expertise in cost control, forecasting, reporting, and Earned Value Management (EVM) is mandatory.
- Experience within the GCC/Saudi Arabia region is preferred.
Work Environment
This full-time position is based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, focusing on significant offshore projects within a dynamic industry setting.
