About the Role
Hilton is seeking a Group Conference and Events Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic sales efforts. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on delivering experiences for guests while maximizing sales opportunities within the Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize GCE revenue by implementing proactive selling strategies and converting customer inquiries effectively.
- Review business plans to identify revenue gaps and initiate actions to fill capacity and achieve commercial targets.
- Execute sales strategies by aligning departmental activities with the hotel’s selling approach, ensuring compliance and market adaptability.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and enhance the hotel’s competitive position.
- Conduct regular spot checks on bookings to ensure process accuracy, support audit readiness, and maintain high-quality execution across systems.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase hotel visibility and drive GCE business.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities to build and retain a high-performing team.
