Role Description The Senior Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts. This role involves developing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and coordinating marketing solutions that align with their goals. The Senior Key Account Manager will oversee account planning, lead regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Daily tasks include monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, resolving client issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing high-value clients.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to interpret data, forecast performance, and develop strategic account plans.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond promptly, manage expectations, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in marketing or agency environments, preferably in managing senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in account management or marketing are an advantage.
