We’re hiring a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Dammam, KSA, to plan and execute attractive product displays across retail locations, reflecting the brand identity, enhancing the customer experience, and driving sales and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain product displays, promotional areas, and seasonal displays.
• Develop creative and visually appealing display concepts aligned with the brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Ensure products are neatly arranged, sufficiently stocked, and presented in clean and safe display areas.
• Update and rotate displays in line with promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and new product launches.
• Monitor displayed inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Verify the accuracy of product prices, signage, and promotional materials.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends and recommend improvements to display methods.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, production teams, and store managers to implement visual merchandising plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of required display materials and equipment.
• Measure display effectiveness through sales analysis and performance indicators and prepare periodic performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in visual merchandising with reputable companies or leading brands.
• Previous experience in retail, marketing, or visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with design software and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform fieldwork, stand for extended periods, and move and arrange merchandise.
