Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage procurement activities for a logistics company ensuring cost-effective purchasing reliable supplier relationships and timely availability of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.

• Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.

• Manage purchasing of logistics transportation warehousing and operational requirements.

• Negotiate prices contracts payment terms and delivery schedules.

• Monitor supplier performance quality costs and delivery timelines.

• Manage purchase orders contracts and procurement documentation.

• Coordinate with Operations Finance and Warehouse teams.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in procurement preferably within logistics or supply chain.

• Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.

• Experience in cost control vendor management and purchasing operations.

• Good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• English required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Saudi market experience preferred.
