Job description

A results-driven Sales Executive is sought to spearhead the sales of commercial kitchen equipment across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.

In this role, your primary focus will be engaging directly with end-user business operators, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, and catering companies, to understand their culinary setup needs and facilitate direct sales. Strong experience in the hospitality equipment sector is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Foodservice & Venue Sales (Primary Focus): Drive direct sales of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, stainless steel fabrication, and dishwashing systems to restaurant owners, hotel F&B managers, cafe operators, and commercial caterers.

• Field Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Identify new venue openings and active fit-outs through cold calls, site visits, and relationships with local chefs, restaurant managers, and hospitality entrepreneurs.

• Site Consulting & Proposals: Review kitchen space layouts, interpret technical requirements (including 60Hz KSA electrical standards), and prepare professional Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and commercial proposals directly for business owners.

• Corporate & MEP Alignment (Plus): Collaborate with MEP contractors, engineering consultants, and corporate project managers on larger developments that require institutional bidding.

• Closing & Sales Targets: Lead price negotiations and contract signing to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in commercial kitchen or hospitality equipment in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh market experience preferred), with a strong track record of selling directly to restaurant and hotel operators.

• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of commercial kitchen gear, layout blueprints, and utility connections (electrical & plumbing integration).

• Mandatory Qualifications:

• Status: Valid, Transferable Iqama (currently residing in KSA for immediate hire).

• Licensing: Valid Saudi Driver’s License.

• Languages: Fluent English is required. Business Arabic is a strong advantage for direct client relations; knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is beneficial for site and back-of-house coordination.

• Education: High School Diploma / College Diploma or equivalent (Technical/Engineering background is a plus).
