About the role
Design and manage overarching smart governance frameworks ensuring alignment with data protection regulations public sector accountability and ethical AI deployment
Lead the development of robust business cases financial models and funding acquisition strategies (including public grants private investment and municipal budgeting) for large-scale urban innovation projects.
Advise city leaders and commercial stakeholders on viable operating models value realization and long-term asset management for digital infrastructure.
Cultivate and manage high-level partnerships across municipal authorities private tech providers academic institutions and local communities
