Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Internal Audit and co-sourcing engagements, from planning and risk assessment through fieldwork, reporting and follow-up.
• Lead and support assignments across ERM, Governance, Compliance/GRC, Management Consulting and ESG/Sustainability.
• Manage engagement quality, methodology, resources, budgets, timelines and executive-level reporting across multiple projects.
• Lead discussions with senior management and Audit Committees and translate findings into practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Coach and develop engagement teams while maintaining strong documentation, professional judgment and delivery standards.
• Lead or support proposals, business development, cross-selling and market relationships to contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant Internal Audit, Risk Advisory or Consulting experience, including meaningful engagement-leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Strong professional experience in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to manage senior client and Audit Committee relationships.
• CIA is strongly preferred; CPA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CRMA, CFE or other relevant credentials are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project management, report-writing and commercial skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent English communication is required; Arabic capability is a strong advantage.
• Strong Saudi market relationships and demonstrated contribution to proposals, lead generation, cross-selling or account growth.
• Broad exposure across Internal Audit, ERM, Governance, Compliance/GRC, Management Consulting and ESG/Sustainability.
• Strong executive presence, commercial judgment and the ability to turn technical findings into practical business solutions.
