Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Internal Audit engagements from planning, walkthroughs and Risk and Control Matrices through testing, reporting and follow-up.
• Review working papers and evidence, identify control gaps and root causes, and draft clear observations, recommendations and action plans.
• Support ERM, Governance, Compliance/GRC, Management Consulting and ESG/Sustainability assignments using the Firm's methodologies and templates.
• Manage junior team members, deadlines, client coordination and timely escalation of significant matters.
• Support proposals, client presentations and effort estimates, and identify cross-selling or additional client needs during engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to engagement quality, team development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 5-8 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Consulting or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Saudi Arabia experience is strongly preferred, with direct exposure to local clients and management teams.
• CIA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CRMA or CFE is preferred; progress toward a relevant certification may also be considered.
• Strong English is required; Arabic communication capability is a strong advantage.
• Strong risk-based Internal Audit execution, working-paper review, report writing and client-facing communication.
• Strong analytical skills, professional skepticism and the ability to understand business processes rather than only follow an audit program.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capability; Power Query, Power BI or other audit-analytics exposure is advantageous. Existing Saudi market relationships, proposal exposure or business-development capability will be an added advantage.
