Operations Manager

Job Summary

Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational performance and ensure the efficient delivery of business objectives. The company is focused on improving operational efficiency strengthening cross-functional collaboration and maintaining high standards of service and execution.

The Role

The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day business operations while developing processes that improve productivity quality and overall organizational performance. Working closely with senior leadership the successful candidate will ensure operational activities align with strategic objectives and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities across assigned business functions.
• Develop operational plans that support business objectives.
• Monitor operational performance using established KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency productivity and service quality.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Finance HR Procurement and other departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Lead operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with company policies health and safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Coach develop and manage operational teams.
• Support business continuity and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8 years of operational management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of operational planning and performance management.
• Excellent leadership organizational and decision-making skills.
• Experience implementing operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience within GCC markets is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage.
