Job description

A Fit-Out and Commercial Interior Construction company is seeking qualified Saudi Architects or Civil Engineers with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join its team in Riyadh.

The successful candidates will support the delivery of commercial interior and fit-out projects, contributing to project coordination, technical documentation, quality control, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating fit-out and commercial interior construction projects.
• Review architectural or civil drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and support compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and maintaining project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Saudi nationality.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous exposure to fit-out, interior construction, or commercial projects is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a project team.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary of SAR 13,000.

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Revit and other architectural or engineering software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of fit-out and commercial interior construction works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building specifications.
• Understanding of site coordination and project documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced project environment.
