مهندس مدني – مراجعة التصاميم وإعداد نطاق العمل (SOW)

• Review and verify civil and structural design calculations, drawings, and technical documents for transmission and substation projects.

• Review Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), National Grid requirements, ACI, AISC, ASCE, and applicable Eurocodes.

• Review reinforced concrete (RCC), structural steel, foundations, and geotechnical design requirements.

• Identify design discrepancies, technical risks, and non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed Scope of Work documents defining project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria.

• Develop technical specifications, tender documents, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Ensure SOW documents comply with National Grid specifications, Saudi codes, and applicable international standards.

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.

• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to establish clear technical requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is an advantage.

• Minimum 12 years of relevant civil and structural engineering experience.

• Proven experience in design review and SOW preparation for transmission and substation projects.

• Strong knowledge of National Grid standards, Saudi Building Code, ACI, AISC, ASCE, and Eurocodes.

• Proficiency in SAFE, SAP2000, or equivalent software

Candidates with relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC power transmission and substation projects are preferred.

• Arab nationals who are legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia may apply.
