Role Description The Project Manager (GIO Technical) will oversee end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for technical initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Jeddah, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and logistics teams, tracking material and equipment deliveries, and resolving issues that may impact project milestones. The role also involves supervising inspection activities, preparing progress reports, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects aligned with technical and operational requirements. The Project Manager will continuously monitor risks, implement corrective actions, and support process improvements to optimize project performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate technical activities and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess inspection and quality-related skills, including experience with Inspection processes and compliance with technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills, such as Logistics Management and coordination of shipments, warehousing, and site delivery.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or logistics tracking systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
