Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Cook role based in Dammam. The Pastry Cook will prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and decorating products for display and service. The role also involves maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, organizing workstations, managing inventory of baking supplies, and assisting with new product development. The Pastry Cook will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and consistent quality for customers.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong baking and pastry skills, including experience in a bakery environment.
• Candidates should demonstrate creativity skills for product presentation, flavor combinations, and recipe improvement.
• Candidates should uphold high hygiene standards and follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Candidates should have basic cooking skills to support related kitchen tasks when needed.
• Relevant experience in pastry or bakery roles, preferably in a commercial or hotel kitchen.
• Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts, baking, or pastry is an advantage but not mandatory.
