Job description

A real estate company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance client experiences and improve satisfaction levels through effective service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Receive client inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Provide information related to services, products, and procedures.
• Monitor client requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
• Document complaints and feedback, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
• Track requests related to contracts, leasing, maintenance, and real estate services based on company activity.
• Update client information and document interactions and requests in the systems.
• Communicate with clients and inform them about the status of their requests.
• Measure client satisfaction levels and suggest necessary improvements to enhance service quality.
• Prepare regular reports related to requests, complaints, and performance metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with experience in the real estate sector being an added advantage.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
