Alhayat Carpet Factory Co. L.L.C. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Industrial Engineer to improve production efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives at our facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

• Conduct time studies, work measurement and production capacity analysis.

• Monitor production performance, manpower utilization, material consumption and machine efficiency.

• Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste and improve workflow.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvement practices.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments.

• Prepare production reports, performance indicators and improvement proposals.

• Support cost reduction, process standardization and efficient resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Previous work experience in any manufacturing or industrial company is required.

• Experience in production improvement, process optimization or industrial operations is preferred.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
