Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients through calls emails LinkedIn and other channels
Schedule meetings and demos with prospective customers
Assist in preparing client presentations proposals and commercial offers
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
Follow up with prospects and support ongoing sales activities
Develop a strong understanding of company solutions (e.g. low-code platforms CRM digital solutions)
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales marketing delivery) to support sales initiatives

Qualifications :

Saudi National (required)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing MIS IT or a related field
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic required English is a plus)
High level of confidence and ability to engage with different stakeholders
Strong motivation ambition and desire to build a career in sales
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude resilience and willingness to handle rejection
Basic understanding of business concepts and customer engagement
