Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and business expansion within our outdoor sales operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of sales representatives implement strategic sales initiatives and make a direct impact on our market presence across KSA.
As a Sales Team Leader you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives to exceed revenue targets and achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands and business objectives
- Conduct daily field visits with team members providing hands-on coaching and addressing challenges in real-time
- Mentor new sales talent and provide ongoing professional development for current team members
- Prepare comprehensive reports including monthly and weekly forecasts daily work plans and pipeline analysis
- Monitor sales targets and track daily achievements to ensure consistent performance
- Consolidate market intelligence and present actionable insights to upper management
- Coordinate with technical support operations and administrative teams to resolve pending requests and ensure seamless customer service
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and cross-functional departments
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Technical Skills:
- Strong command of sales techniques and negotiation strategies
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
Language Requirements: Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)
