About the Role
Ma’aden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Solutions to drive the successful delivery of technology and innovation initiatives. This full-time role focuses on transforming business needs into scalable, integrated, and deployable technical solutions. The Lead Specialist ensures that technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes while aligning with enterprise architecture, operational requirements, and long-term strategic objectives.
Role Context and Impact
As a key technical authority, the Lead Specialist bridges business priorities, domain requirements, and enterprise technology capabilities across complex initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring solutions are architecturally sound, operationally viable, secure, and capable of supporting sustainable growth across mining, processing, and enterprise operations. Through technical leadership and stakeholder alignment, this position strengthens solution quality, accelerates implementation effectiveness, and promotes the adoption of reusable technology patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives, operational requirements, and enterprise technology standards.
- Define scalable architectures, integration patterns, data flows, interfaces, deployment approaches, and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure technical solutions remain secure, supportable, resilient, and adaptable to future business needs.
Delivery and Assurance
- Guide multidisciplinary delivery teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and transition into operations.
- Strengthen delivery quality through technical oversight, design assurance, and proactive resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Ensure implemented solutions meet agreed performance, reliability, security, and business outcome expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role requires a professional who can demonstrate strong technical leadership and a commitment to ensuring high-quality, scalable technology solutions.
