JOB LOCATION: RIYADH, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain asset registers and asset databases.
- Review asset condition, criticality, and maintenance requirements.
- Identify asset data gaps, risks, and documentation issues.
- Coordinate with engineering and hard services teams.
- Review preventive maintenance plans and asset lifecycle risks.
- Support CAFM/CMMS systems and asset handover processes.
- Prepare asset readiness reports and dashboards.
- Ensure asset documentation and data meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5–8 years preferred.
- Experience in asset management, facilities management, and CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
