  • Maintain the HSE management system per ISO 45001:2018.
  • Implement and review OH&S objectives.
  • Support the HSE Supervisor and HR in identifying legal requirements.
  • Communicate HSE policies and procedures to workers.
  • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Assist in establishing emergency preparedness.
  • Request resources for effective OH&S management.
  • Conduct orientation training on safety rules and regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Investigate non-conformities, accidents, and incidents.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze accident/incident statistics and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct in-house safety training and audits on subcontractors.
  • Maintain HSE documents and records.
  • Provide safety support and advice for contract start-up activities.
  • Collect data for management review.
