We are looking for an experienced FF&E Logistics Manager to manage the furniture, fixtures and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh. You will own FF&E from sourcing and warehousing through to venue distribution, daily replenishment and final returns across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousing
Control inventory, tracking and distribution to venues
Coordinate installation, daily replenishment and breakdown
Manage suppliers, returns and damage/loss reporting
Keep accurate records and report on stock status across all sites
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in FF&E or overlay logistics on major international events
Solid inventory control and supplier management skills
Able to manage multiple sites and deadlines at once
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
Based in KSA (preferred)
Available for the full period, October December 2026
