About the Role
Eram Talent is seeking a Liaisonman to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating personnel and logistical operations, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with various requirements. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel mobilization, demobilization, crew changes, and offshore movements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, permits, and site access.
- Follow up on visas, medical examinations, training certificates, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to manpower and personnel movements.
- Liaise with HR, Logistics, Operations, HSE departments, clients, and relevant authorities.
- Efficiently resolve daily personnel and logistical issues.
- Ensure adherence to both client and company requirements.
Duties
- Coordinate effectively between onshore teams, offshore teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar liaison or coordination role is required.
Work Type
This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
