About the Role
Eram Talent is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and oversee program activities. This full-time role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of training and educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer all aspects of ongoing programs, including planning, organization, and execution.
- Develop and manage program schedules, ensuring activities are completed within established timelines.
- Coordinate the delivery of training courses and programs to customers and participants.
- Liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders in both Arabic and English to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor program performance, track progress, and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in preparing and managing program budgets and financial reports.
- Communicate program-related updates, concerns, and challenges to the relevant management team.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide Arabic–English translation and interpretation support when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, coordination, and service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee program activities and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Work Type
This is a full-time position.
