The candidate must be Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, having 10 20 years of relevant experience in the water-based adhesive manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of various types of water-based adhesives, along with practical experience in manufacturing processes and production equipment's and Technical knowledge of water-based acrylic emulsions, specialty coatings, and overprint varnishes (OPVs) will be an added advantage.
