Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily site activities and act as the main point of coordination between the company, contractors, and consultants.

The ideal candidate will ensure that construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities across project sites.
• Act as the main liaison between the company, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor contractors' performance, project progress, and timelines.
• Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and report potential delays.
• Review completed works, quantities, and technical observations.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on agreed action plans.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management.
• Monitor site safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate site inspections, handovers, and closure of outstanding issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction projects.
• Proven experience in contractor coordination and site execution.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
