We’re Hiring | RPA and Agentic AI Presales Engineer

Location: Kuwait / Saudi Arabia

United Business Group WLL (UBG) is looking for an experienced Presales Engineer to help customers turn their automation requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting, with strong experience in RPA, Agentic AI, and infrastructure sizing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, assess business processes, and identify opportunities for RPA and Agentic AI.

• Design solutions combining workflow automation, AI agents, document processing, and enterprise integrations.

• Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, bills of materials, and effort estimates.

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria.

• Perform hardware and infrastructure sizing, covering application servers, databases, automation runtimes, storage, networking, and high availability/disaster recovery.

• Size AI workloads, including CPU/GPU, memory, storage, and capacity requirements based on model selection, deployment approach, concurrency, and expected usage.

• Work with sales, vendors, and delivery teams to develop technically sound and commercially competitive proposals.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with one or more platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or SS&C Blue Prism.

• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, tool integration, orchestration, and human approval controls.

• Experience sizing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments against workload requirements and vendor specifications.

• Knowledge of APIs, databases, identity and access management, security, and enterprise application integration.

• Strong presentation, documentation, and customer engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant RPA, AI, cloud, or solution architecture certifications.

• Experience supporting banking, government, or enterprise customers.

• Knowledge of licensing models, infrastructure costing, and total cost of ownership.
