The Project Director will be responsible for supporting and managing high-end hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, mixed-use, and resort developments across Saudi Arabia. The position requires extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly luxury hotels, branded residences, resorts, hospitality towers, and premium fit-out developments executed under international standards. The successful candidate must possess strong technical, operational, coordination, leadership, and construction management capabilities with proven experience delivering complex projects within demanding schedules and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate all activities related to hospitality and residential construction projects. • Coordinate with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, international hospitality standards, and Saudi regulations. • Monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules. • Support procurement, planning, engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. • Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements. • Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and project reporting activities. • Support successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines. • Manage commercial matters including contracts, claims, procurement strategies, and variation orders. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, planning, procurement, and construction departments. • Maintain strong relationships with developers, hotel operators, consultants, and government authorities. • Review executive reports, project risks, recovery plans, and operational performance.

• Minimum 25+ years of experience in construction and project management. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline. • Strong hospitality project experience including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and luxury developments. • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is mandatory. • Strong understanding of hospitality quality standards, luxury finishing requirements, and operator coordination. • Knowledge of construction sequencing, procurement, planning, and HSE standards. • Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and reporting skills. • Experience working with international consultants, operators, and developers preferred.
