Description Reporting to the Business Development Director, the you will play a key role in driving commercial growth across Saudi Arabia. Key responsibilities include: * Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors. * Building and maintaining relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and major project stakeholders. * Developing strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and generate new revenue streams. * Leading the full business development cycle, from lead generation through to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award. * Working closely with technical and operational teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. * Managing and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Saudi market. * Supporting prequalification, vendor registration, tender, and consultant registration processes. * Representing the business at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings. The successful candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. * 6-10 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within engineering consulting, project management consultancy, construction, EPC, claims consulting, or related professional services. * Demonstrated success in winning and closing consulting or advisory assignments within Saudi Arabia. * An established network across developers, contractors, engineering consultants, and major project stakeholders. * Strong understanding of contract management, claims, engineering advisory, or project delivery environments. * Experience managing proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract awards. * Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
