Brand Manager

We are seeking a passionate and innovative marketing professional to contribute to our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Your primary role will be to enhance brand growth and presence, manage marketing campaigns, and actively participate in the successful launch of products to achieve the company's sales and marketing objectives.

Brand Management: Implement and develop brand strategies that align with the company’s identity and market vision.

Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (across digital and traditional channels) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

New Product Launches: Lead coordination among various teams for the successful launch of new products in the market, starting from feasibility studies to post-launch performance tracking.

Performance Analysis and Market Research: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), and study market trends and competitors in the FMCG sector to provide ongoing improvement recommendations.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with sales teams, e-commerce, and development to ensure alignment of marketing messages and effective execution of plans.

Skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

2 to 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.

Experience in the FMCG sector is essential.

Experience in brand strategies and performance analysis.

Experience in managing marketing campaigns and launching new products.
