BIXDO is a beauty technology brand developing convenient at home personal care solutions for modern consumers. Its product portfolio includes a blue light toothbrush and a smart lifting mask. BIXDO is building its presence in Saudi Arabia through direct to consumer sales, influencer partnerships, and selected clinic, salon, and spa channels.

Role Purpose

The Remote Influencer Marketing Associate will execute BIXDO's influencer cooperation program from outreach through publication. The role is responsible for building an active influencer pipeline, coordinating content, protecting publication quality, delivering the agreed content volume, and maintaining accurate performance and conversion records.

• Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable influencers for BIXDO in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

• Contact influencers, introduce the brand, and establish initial cooperation.

• Maintain consistent follow up and move each influencer from first contact to confirmed collaboration and publication.

• Communicate campaign requirements, product information, content briefs, approved claims, deadlines, and deliverables clearly.

• Coordinate product delivery, filming schedules, draft reviews, approvals, and posting dates.

• Review videos, captions, and other materials before publication to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with BIXDO's brand standards.

• Ensure the agreed quantity of approved videos and content is published correctly and on time.

• Track content links, influencer codes, traffic, leads, sales conversions, and other agreed campaign data.

• Maintain complete records of influencer contacts, negotiation status, deliverables, publication links, costs, and results.

• Provide a concise weekly report covering outreach, confirmed cooperation, pending actions, published content, and conversion performance.

• Escalate delays, incorrect claims, quality problems, or missed deliverables promptly.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and working proficiency in English.

• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Strong written communication, negotiation, organization, and follow up skills.

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, influencer cooperation, and social media content workflows.

• Good understanding of Saudi and GCC audiences and social media culture.

• Comfortable using spreadsheets or similar tools to maintain accurate campaign records and track conversions.

• Able to manage multiple influencer conversations, deliverables, and deadlines at the same time.

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, public relations, or content coordination is preferred.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Base salary of SAR 1,500 per month.

• Performance based bonus linked to approved videos and content successfully published.

• Content must meet BIXDO's requirements, be published correctly, and be recorded with a live link to qualify for a bonus.

• Total monthly compensation can reach up to SAR 5,000 based on performance.

• The bonus rate, content targets, and assessment period will be agreed separately.
