Role Overview
This full-time position is for a Technical Training Instructor at ARO Drilling. The instructor will be responsible for delivering specialized technical training programs to ensure the development and competency of personnel within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for various operational and maintenance disciplines.
- Develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with industry standards and company policies.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Qualifications and Requirements
