About the Location: AMAALA, Saudi Arabia

This role is based at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay, situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast. The resort will feature 220 keys, including rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, alongside 26 branded residential villas. The property is designed to offer bay and sea views and will include a luxury spa, an Organic Spa Garden, and fitness facilities in collaboration with Harley Pasternak. The location provides access to 300 hectares of hills, wadis, and beaches, suitable for activities such as canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails, and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

About the Role: Director of Residence

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Amaala is seeking a Director of Residence. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is responsible for leading the Private Residence department and overseeing all residential operations. The Director will ensure the delivery of exceptional service to homeowners and their guests, maintain Four Seasons standards, manage residential services and budgets, and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Private Residence department, ensuring consistent delivery of Four Seasons service standards.
• Build relationships with homeowners and residents, addressing requests and concerns promptly.
• Recruit, lead, train, and develop the residential team, fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Prepare and manage residential operating budgets, monitor expenditure, and oversee financial reporting and cost control.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments for the maintenance of residences and common areas.
• Oversee residential service agreements and external service providers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
• Develop and implement residential policies and procedures in accordance with Four Seasons standards and Saudi Arabian laws.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, property inspections, and improvement plans for residential assets.
• Ensure effective health, safety, security, and emergency procedures within residential operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular updates to senior management and homeowners.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with 45 working hours per week. Flexibility is required to work early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays, as dictated by operational needs. Working hours, rest periods, weekly rest days, and overtime arrangements will adhere to Saudi Labor Law.
