Job Summary

Position Summary: The Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs and detailed drawings in accordance with project requirements, building codes, and international standards. The role involves reviewing contractor submissions, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating with project teams, and resolving architectural issues to deliver functional, safe, and high-quality buildings.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local construction market, suppliers, and material supply chains.
• Site Supervision: Experience in site inspections, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, issuing snag lists, and following up on corrective actions.
• Design and Documentation: Ability to prepare detailed architectural drawings, design proposals, layouts, and technical documents.
• Construction Knowledge: Good understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and architectural specifications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and presentation tools, with strong design, drafting, visualization, and detailing skills.
• Project Experience: Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
