A facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah is hiring for this position. Maintain accurate fixed asset records across company offices and operational sites.
Key responsibilities
Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, transfers, and disposals.
Coordinate asset tagging and physical verification across sites.
Support depreciation calculations and reconcile asset records with Finance.
Track asset movements and investigate discrepancies with Operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
SOCPA certification is required.
2–4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company.
Strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
