Financial Accountant Required (Part-time - Remote)

E-commerce and marketplace sales – Applicants must be based within Saudi Arabia

About Us:

The official authorized distributor of GameSir gaming products and accessories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a professional financial accountant to organize and audit financial operations, daily journal entries, and reconcile sales from e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Recording daily accounting entries and tracking invoices, expense movements, and revenues on the cloud system.
• Conducting periodic reconciliations of sales platform accounts (Amazon, Noon, and online stores) and electronic payment gateways with bank statements.
• Monitoring inventory movement in coordination with the warehouse and calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), storage, and shipping costs.
• Preparing periodic tax returns and ensuring compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements and e-invoicing.
• Preparing concise monthly financial reports detailing Profit & Loss (P&L), cash flow, and operational profit margins.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least two years of practical experience, preferably with prior experience in the e-commerce, marketplace sales, and retail sectors.
• High proficiency in working with cloud accounting systems and spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Full familiarity with Saudi tax systems and Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations.
• Extreme accuracy and high professional integrity in auditing numbers and reconciling accounts.

Work Details and Terms:

• Work Nature: Part-time (remote) with flexibility in organizing hours and daily communication to complete tasks.
• Priority: For residents within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who have knowledge of the local regulatory and financial environment.
• Working Hours: [2 to 3 hours daily or an agreed-upon number of hours per week].
• Probation Period: One month to evaluate accuracy and speed of completion.
• Confidentiality and Security: Signing a non-disclosure agreement and maintaining strict confidentiality for all company financial data and reports.
