Review financial advances and employee imprest funds, and reconcile them with documents and invoices.

Follow up on outstanding advances to ensure they are reconciled and closed on time.

Review expenses and ensure the existence of supporting documents and the accuracy of accounting coding.

Follow up on pending and unreconciled balances and work to close them.

Collaborate with the accounts department and management to address observed issues and discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and the preservation of financial documents and data.
