Accor is expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Faena The Red Sea, a new property focused on art, culture, and community. This development aims to establish a distinctive presence within the luxury travel market. The Sales Manager Leisure role is a full-time position for Saudi Nationals only, requiring 3-5 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager at Faena The Red Sea is responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing the property's market presence during its pre-opening and launch phases. This role focuses on generating transient, corporate, and group business within assigned territories and market segments. The Sales Manager will build strategic relationships to position Faena The Red Sea as an ultra-luxury destination. As a brand ambassador, the Sales Manager will represent Faena’s blend of culture, lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality to luxury travel advisors, entertainment networks, corporate accounts, and high-value clientele. This position collaborates with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations to convert opportunities and maximize market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales action plans for assigned territories, market segments, and accounts.
• Proactively solicit and generate new business opportunities across transient, leisure, corporate, entertainment, and group segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, preferred agencies, corporate travel buyers, family offices, concierge networks, and lifestyle partners.
• Represent Faena The Red Sea at international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, networking events, and client activations.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to secure new business and strengthen partnerships.
• Achieve or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Work with Revenue Management to understand market demand, pricing strategy, and pace reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate account plans, activity reports, pipelines, and opportunities in Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems.
• Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements in line with hotel commercial strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and changing travel patterns within assigned territories.
• Coordinate with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client bookings, VIP arrivals, and group requirements.
• Support pre-opening commercial initiatives including database development, account mapping, collateral distribution, and launch campaigns.
• Foster working relationships with Accor Global Sales Offices and relevant Ennismore commercial teams.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Sales department at Faena The Red Sea, operating during its pre-opening and launch phases. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments and external partners in the global luxury travel market.
