Well Test Supervisor

Job Summary:
Lead and supervise all well testing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of surface well testing, flowback, clean-up, and production testing activities. Responsible for crew leadership, client interaction, equipment integrity, and operational reporting.

Requirements:

• 8+ years Well Testing experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of separators, choke manifolds, ESD systems, burner booms, and associated SWT equipment.
• Previous experience on exploration, appraisal, production testing, or flowback operations.
• Excellent HSE and client-facing skills.
• KSA experience preferred, particularly NAWCOD, SAWCOD, Unconventional Gas, or Offshore projects.

Well Test Chief Operator

Job Summary:
Support the Well Test Supervisor in the execution of well testing operations and provide direct supervision of operators during equipment rig-up, testing, monitoring, maintenance, and rig-down activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Well Testing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience operating and troubleshooting well testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of process safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to lead crews during shift operations.
• KSA experience preferred, particularly NAWCOD, SAWCOD, Unconventional Gas, or Offshore projects.

Well Test Operator

Job Summary:
Perform safe operation, maintenance, rig-up, and rig-down of well testing equipment. Support testing operations and ensure accurate monitoring of process parameters and equipment performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years Well Testing experience.
• Experience with separators, flowheads, choke manifolds, iron packages, and flare systems.
• Good understanding of HSE procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Offshore and remote land operations experience preferred.
• KSA experience preferred, particularly NAWCOD, SAWCOD, Unconventional Gas, or Offshore projects.

DAQ Engineer (Data Acquisition Engineer)

Job Summary:
Responsible for installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ) used during well testing operations. Ensure accurate collection, validation, reporting, and delivery of test data to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with Well Testing Data Acquisition Systems and reporting software.
• Strong understanding of pressure, temperature, flow rate, and fluid measurement data.
• Ability to produce real-time reports and support client data requirements.
• Previous Well Testing operational exposure preferred.
• KSA experience preferred, particularly NAWCOD, SAWCOD, Unconventional Gas, or Offshore projects.
