Role Description The Xray Technologist at AL AJAJI MEDICAL COMPLEX is responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic examinations in a safe and accurate manner. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh includes preparing patients for imaging procedures, positioning them correctly, and operating X-ray equipment in accordance with established protocols and radiation safety standards. The technologist will review images for quality, collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff, and maintain clear, accurate patient records and documentation. Daily tasks also involve ensuring equipment is functioning properly, following infection control procedures, and providing respectful, supportive communication to patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess credentials such as American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent recognized radiologic certification.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Radiologic Technology and Radiology, including performing and assessing diagnostic X-ray procedures.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Radiation Safety and Medicine principles to ensure safe imaging practices and appropriate patient care.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with imaging equipment operation, quality control, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging, licensure as required by local regulations, basic life support certification, and prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Additional beneficial skills include effective communication, attention to detail, the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to work shifts as needed.
