Regional Senior Brand Manager Middle East
Ego Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Senior Brand Manager for the Middle East, based in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience. The primary purpose of this position is to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for QV Body, Face, and Baby product lines, including lip, hair, hand, and deodorant products, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role is supported by a Brand Manager.
Role Purpose and Context
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and sustaining a strong brand position across multiple channels. This involves a deep understanding of market segmentation and customer requirements. This leadership position operates at the ‘Evolving Leader’ level, with success driven by collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. The individual in this role will consistently represent Ego's values and spirit to both external partners and the internal workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable the sustainable achievement of net sales targets and profit within KSA.
- Build desired brand equity for products to positively influence brand perception and increase market share.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, supply and demand teams, retail partners, medical professionals, and e-commerce customers within the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Act as the brand ambassador, leading external strategy and embodying brand values to inspire others within the business.
- Lead the coaching and development of the Brand Manager.
Experience and Work Type
This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. It is a full-time position. The salary for this role will not be disclosed.
