Role Overview
Eracore is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Representative to drive outbound sales and generate new business opportunities. This full-time position in Saudi Arabia involves prospecting, outreach, and lead generation to expand the client base for software and engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for senior sales or technical teams.
- Maintain CRM records and track all outreach activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Research target industries and companies to identify potential opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and pipeline targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in a relevant business development or sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outbound sales and generate new business opportunities.
- Experience with prospecting, outreach, and lead generation activities.
