About the Role
FNRCO is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position focuses on providing customer support for new corporate customer onboarding through an online digital platform. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.
Role Overview
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for guiding corporate customers through the digital onboarding process. This involves addressing inquiries, reviewing applications, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. The position operates within a target-driven environment with specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to be met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all customer inquiries and provide guidance on the steps involved in the entire onboarding process.
- Review customer applications and provide necessary feedback to clients.
- Answer customer calls received through a dedicated call center, providing guidance and support in both Arabic and English.
- Approve applications and complete the internal due diligence process.
- Adhere to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within a target-driven operation.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
- Prior experience in customer support or client onboarding is beneficial.
Training and Support
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the successful execution of all tasks related to customer inquiries and the onboarding process.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a call center environment dedicated to supporting corporate customer onboarding.
