About the Role

Ethraa Dammam Real Estate Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. The accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenues and expenses, and preparing financial reports.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize payment documents, follow up on revenue collection, and document and analyze them.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial operations in the ledgers.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations.
• Prepare and archive reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
• Prepare and review accounts periodically.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements.
• Monitor invoices, expenses, and revenues and ensure the accuracy of financial documents.
• Contribute to the preparation of tax returns and Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Perform other accounting tasks required by the nature of the work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the field of accounting.
• Ability to prepare and review financial accounts.
• Good knowledge of tax systems, including Value Added Tax (VAT).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using specialized accounting software.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel with high efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling numbers.
• Ability to organize and archive documents effectively.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position within the Ethraa Dammam Real Estate Company team in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role requires commitment to various accounting tasks and continuous support for the company's financial operations.
