About the Role
Al-Inshaat and Road Services General Contracting Establishment owned by Hamad Ab is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. The accountant is responsible for preparing and organizing financial documents, tracking revenue, recording accounting transactions, and preparing necessary financial reports. This role is full-time and requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Auditing financial claims and ensuring they meet legal and financial requirements.
- Preparing, organizing, and documenting disbursement vouchers and following up on their audit and approval by regulatory authorities.
- Monitoring current and capital expenditures based on the monthly financial status of budget items.
- Preparing financial status reports and monthly summaries, as well as preparing and organizing annual final accounts.
- Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in the records.
- Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations with monthly matching statements.
- Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping pace with scientific and technical developments in the field.
- Preparing and maintaining specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues in the designated database.
Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
- Ability to prepare and organize disbursement vouchers and follow up on revenue collection and documentation.
- Knowledge of preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions.
- Skills in auditing bank accounts and preparing reconciliations.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
Work Environment
The accountant works within a team at Al-Inshaat and Road Services General Contracting Establishment owned by Hamad Ab in the city of Dammam, Eastern Province. The position is full-time and requires commitment to daily financial and accounting tasks.
