About the Role
Kinza is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across the Saudi market. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and focuses on driving market share, strengthening brand presence, and executing impactful marketing strategies within the FMCG sector. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the KSA market. This involves managing distributor partnerships, ensuring brand compliance, and overseeing the execution of key marketing initiatives to achieve market share and volume growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the KSA market marketing strategy and key-market calendar.
- Manage Distributor Joint Business Plans (JBP) and ensure brand compliance standards in collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams.
- Set and monitor Perfect Store standards and ensure effective in-market execution.
- Lead and develop the KSA marketing team across sponsorships, partnerships, and social media.
- Manage the KSA marketing budget and conduct post-investment reviews.
- Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and consumer trends, recommending corrective actions to drive growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a marketing team.
- Demonstrated ability to drive market growth and strengthen brand presence.
- Experience in managing distributor partnerships and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic organization focused on expanding Kinza’s presence in the Saudi market through strategic partnerships and impactful marketing initiatives.
